TOFU STEAKS
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Yield: 4 servings
1 container firm tofu
1-tablespoon olive oil
1/4-cup soy sauce
1/4-cup water
Heat oil in skillet.
Slice tofu in half width wise. Cut each half into four pieces, and you end
up with 8 manageable pieces that fit into a skillet.
Mix soy sauce in water, and drizzle over each tofu slice.
Once liquid is absorbed, remove from heat.
Serve with brown rice or use in a salad or sandwich.
