THREE SEED CRACKERS
Preparation time: 20 minutes
Yield: 4-dozen small cracker
squares
2-cups whole Oatmeal
11/2-cups whole-wheat flour
1/2-cup pumpkin seeds
1.2-cup sunflower seeds
1/4-cup sesame seeds
1/2-cup coconut oil
1-cup water
In a mixing bowl combine the oatmeal, flour, and seeds.
Heat the coconut oil in the microwave for 30 seconds if it's
not liquid. Add the wet to the dry.
Roll out the dough between two pieces of parchment paper to
1/4-inch thin.
Cut into any size rounds, squares, and rectangles, cut out
shapes, or roll into a flat sheet to broken after baking.
Place the parchment paper with the crackers on a sheet pan
and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minuets.
Refrigerate or freeze extras.
