GARBANZO DIP
Served with cut veggies and THREE SEED CRACKERS. |
Preparation time: 3 minutes
Yield: individual servings
1-can (15 ounces) garbanzo beans or 2 cups cooked beans
½-cup tahini
2-tablespoons lemon juice
1-tablespoon olive oil
1 clove garlic
½-teaspoon salt
paprika
optional: add fresh chopped red pepper, use roasted garlic for a milder garlic
taste
Blenderize all ingredients together except paprika. Place in a bowl, drizzle with olive oil,
sprinkle with paprika and serve with cut veggies, crackers, or pita.
