SESAME CONDIMENT

¼-cup sesame seeds
1/8-teaspoon sea salt
In a skillet, toast the sesame seeds until golden. In a coffee grinder, Grind the seeds and salt
in a coffee grinder.
Sprinkle over hot organic cooked brown rice and serve with a
salad for a great simple meal.
