BROCCOLI RICE
Preparation time: 15
minutes
Yield: 6 servings
1-teaspoon oil
1-cup chopped onion
2-cups chopped broccoli
1 clove of garlic minced
3-cups of cooked rice
salt and pepper to taste
water as needed
Optional: salt and
sesame condiment
In a large skillet, heat the oil, saute onions, garlic, and
broccoli until soft. If sticking, add
small amounts of water and stir.
Add cooked rice and more water if necessary until heated
then serve.
