EGGLESS NOG

1-quart (4-cups) vanilla soy, rice, or cashew milk
1 container (12.3 ounces) silken tofu
½-cup maple syrup
½-teaspooon cinnamon
½-teaspooon nutmeg
½-teaspooon cardamom
½-teaspooon allspice
½-teaspooon turmeric
Blenderize all ingredients until smooth.

Eggnog is usually thought of as a winter holiday drink, but
frozen Eggnog is refreshing on a hot summer day.
