BAKED CORN CHIPS
Oil a baking sheet
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Preparation time: 20 minutes
Yield: 48 large chips or 96 small
pack of corn tortillas
spray oil
salt
Spray each side of the tortilla or brush with oil. Cut each tortilla in half, and in half
again. Keep cutting in half if you want
smaller chips.
Place chips on a sprayed or oiled baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees until crisp and golden
for about 10 minutes.
