CHIK COOL HOT SALAD
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Yield: 2 servings
4-cups mixed lettuce
1 cucumber, peeled, seeded, and sliced
2 stalk of celery, sliced
salt and pepper
cayenne pepper to taste
2 chik filets
Cool type dressing like Ranch, Mayo, or Avocado.
In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients except for
the chik filets
Toss with the dressing and season with salt and pepper to
taste.
Place the salad on two large dinner plates.
Rub in the cayenne pepper on each side of the chik filet. Heat the chik filets in the microwave, slice,
and place on top of the salad.
