Avocado Salad Dressing
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Yield: 2 servings
1 ripe avocado
1/2-cup white vinegar
salt and pepper to taste.
This is a fresh dressing to be used on a 4-cup salad.
Scoop the ripe avocado out of the skin and smash with a
fork. Slowly mix in the vinegar until
you have a creamy mixture. It shouldn't
be smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste.
