LEMON MOUSSE

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Yield: 4 servings

1 container (12.3ounces) silken tofu
¼-cup agave nectar
1-cup lemon curd

Blenderize all ingredients until smooth.  Place mousse in a parfait glass or in a gelatin mold.  Refrigerate until set, and then serve.
