APPLESAUCE

Preparation time: 15 minutes
Yield: 3 lbs.  of apples makes about 4 cups

Peel apples. 

Grate.

Sprinkle with cinnamon to taste.   

Zap for 3 minutes and stir.  Repeat until the desired consistency.
