PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

1-cup maple syrup
¼-cup ground flaxseed
1/2-cup peanut butter
3-cups oatmeal
1-teaspoon baking soda
3/4-cup chocolate chips
In a standing mixing bowl, mix together the maple syrup, flaxseed,
and peanut butter.
Blenderize oats and baking soda.
Add the dry to wet and mix until uniform.
Mix in the chocolate chips.
Use a small ice cream scoop to drop cookies on silicone pads
or parchment covered baking sheets. Press
the bottom of a glass on each cookie to flatten. Use plastic film to prevent the glass bottom
sticking to the dough.
Bake cookies at 350 degrees for 12 minutes or until lightly
golden.
